After doing a billion crunches and running a billion miles, I was still not getting the ab results that I wanted or saw in fitness mags. What was I doing wrong? Was it my high calorie diet (being honest here)? Alcohol consumption (really honest here)? Lack of training-one day a month (ok really now too much honesty )?
